Job Description:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Chinese Sales and Customer Support Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in China, driving sales initiatives and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Chinese market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in China.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrations to Chinese customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally via phone, email, WeChat, and other relevant communication channels.
  • Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience for our Chinese clientele.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities within China.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for the Chinese market.
  • Translate and localize marketing materials and product information for the Chinese audience.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Native or professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the Chinese market.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
