You will be responsible for the overall user interface and experience of our products, collaborating with the team to set new standards in Shipping Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered UI/UX for ShipBae and Gori API
• Reflect customer feedback to improve and optimize designs
• Collaborate with the product team and developers to implement and validate designs
• Apply the latest design trends and technologies to create innovative platform experiences
• Develop User Journey Maps and prototypes
• Conduct Usability Testing to enhance product quality

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proven experience in building Web/App platforms for end-users
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Strong understanding and application of User-Centered Design principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
• Proactive communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating in an Agile environment
• Portfolio submission required (highlighting user-centered design projects)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives. This is an onsite, individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to a team of Data Analysts in their day-to-day activities.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research
• Contribute to the development of a data warehouse that accurately and holistically shows the financial and operational indexes
• Identify data errors and system errors from internal and external sources, analysis of the financial impact, and supporting the communication with the carriers and customers.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.
• Manage data analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of analytics and the enablement of operational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization and promote the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role (With focuses on data analysis, ad hoc reporting, and data visualization)
• Advanced knowledge in SQL
• Proficiency in data modeling and data manipulation
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools (i.e.: Sigma Computing or Tableau)
• Experience with cloud based tools/platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
