We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tradeshow Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for representing our brand at national and international tradeshows, engaging prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires frequent travel.

Must be authorized to work in US for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company professionally at industry tradeshows, conferences, and events.
  • Proactively engage with attendees to present products/services and communicate value propositions.
  • Generate and qualify leads, capture customer information, and follow up post-event to drive conversions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure booth displays, collateral, and presentations are aligned with brand messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Provide feedback from events to improve sales strategies, product positioning, and customer experience.
  • Travel frequently (50–75%+) to attend domestic and occasional international shows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and leads generation (preferably B2B or event/tradeshow environments).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product knowledge.
  • High energy, personable, and comfortable approaching new prospects in high-traffic settings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including weekends.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while representing the company brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (but not always required).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working at or managing tradeshow booths.
  • 5+ years outside sales/trade show experience
  • Multilingual abilities for international events.
  • Familiarity with the industry sector of the company (to tailor messaging).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
