We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer with solid experience in React.js and PHP to join our product team. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining responsive, high-performance API and web applications that power our user experience and operational tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves both frontend polish and backend architecture, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the ShipBae frontend (React 17 + TypeScript) and backend (Laravel 11 + PHP 8.2)
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs for shipping operations, order management, and carrier integrations
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Architect secure, maintainable, and performant full-stack solutions using Laravel best practices
  • Build reusable React components and Laravel services for internal and external use
  • Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Write clean, well-documented code following PSR standards (PHP) and TypeScript best practices
  • Review code and mentor peers to uphold code quality and consistency
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems
  • Work with Docker-based development environments and deployment pipelines
  • Implement and maintain OAuth2 authentication using Laravel Passport
  • Integrate third-party APIs (Shopify, Twilio, AWS S3, payment processors)
  • Manage background jobs and queues using Laravel Horizon and Redis

Requirements:

  • Frontend:

    • 3+ years of experience with React.js
    • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
    • Experience with React Router, React Query, and modern React patterns
    • Proficiency with Formik + Yup for form handling and validation
    • Experience with Bootstrap 5 and React Bootstrap
    • Knowledge of Axios for HTTP client operations
    • Understanding of state management and data fetching patterns
    • Familiarity with Webpack, Sass, and modern build tools
  • Backend:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with PHP
    • Strong proficiency in Laravel framework
    • Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and database design/optimization
    • Understanding of OAuth2 authentication and API security best practices
    • Experience with Redis for caching and queue management
    • Familiarity with Composer for dependency management
    • Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
  • General:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's is a plus)
    • Strong experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows
    • Experience with Docker and docker-compose for local development
    • Solid understanding of async programming and promise handling
    • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Laravel Passport, Horizon, and Spatie packages
  • Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS)
  • Experience with Nginx configuration and optimization
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Experience with PHPUnit for backend testing
  • Knowledge of multi-tenancy architecture patterns
  • Understanding of shipping/logistics domain

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tradeshow Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for representing our brand at national and international tradeshows, engaging prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company professionally at industry tradeshows, conferences, and events.
  • Proactively engage with attendees to present products/services and communicate value propositions.
  • Generate and qualify leads, capture customer information, and follow up post-event to drive conversions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure booth displays, collateral, and presentations are aligned with brand messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Provide feedback from events to improve sales strategies, product positioning, and customer experience.
  • Travel frequently (50–75%+) to attend domestic and occasional international shows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and leads generation (preferably B2B or event/tradeshow environments).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product knowledge.
  • High energy, personable, and comfortable approaching new prospects in high-traffic settings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including weekends.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while representing the company brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (but not always required).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working at or managing tradeshow booths.
  • 5+ years outside sales/trade show experience
  • Multilingual abilities for international events.
  • Familiarity with the industry sector of the company (to tailor messaging).

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Sales/Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with senior sales and marketing teams, you will support the sales process, learn the sales cycle, and help build the company’s pipeline for future growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and market research. Generate, customize, and send direct messages and targeted email campaigns to generate interest.
  • Cold calling: Initiate conversations with potential customers via phone, email, and virtual channels, introducing the company's products and services and assess their needs.
  • Converting leads to appointments: Nurture leads from marketing and selling efforts, move leads through the sales channels and set appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Reporting: Assist senior sales team with reoccurring and ad hoc reports.
  • Events and Tradeshows: Attend industry events and tradeshows, research and collect information to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends
  • Collaboration: Establish and maintain working relationships across all internal departments as well as outside vendors.
  • Quota: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably inside sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales pipeline management
  • Familiarity in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools
  • Proficient in MS Suites and Google Docs
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mandarin speaking preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Solution Selling
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
