We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives. This is an onsite, individual contributor role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of Data Analysts in their day-to-day activities.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research
- Contribute to the development of a data warehouse that accurately and holistically shows the financial and operational indexes
- Identify data errors and system errors from internal and external sources, analysis of the financial impact, and supporting the communication with the carriers and customers.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.
- Manage data analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of analytics and the enablement of operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization and promote the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirement Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role (With focuses on data analysis, ad hoc reporting, and data visualization)
- Advanced knowledge in SQL
- Proficiency in data modeling and data manipulation
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools (i.e.: Sigma Computing or Tableau)
- Experience with cloud based tools/platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (i.e.: Sigma Computing or Tableau)
- Experience with ETL and/or automation
- Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, ZenDesk, etc)
- Experience with ML/AI modeling, training, use, and/or maintenance
- Working knowledge of APIs

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Chinese Sales and Customer Support Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in China, driving sales initiatives and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Chinese market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in China.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrations to Chinese customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally via phone, email, WeChat, and other relevant communication channels.
- Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience for our Chinese clientele.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities within China.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for the Chinese market.
- Translate and localize marketing materials and product information for the Chinese audience.
Qualifications:
- Native or professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the Chinese market.
- Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
